Care
Dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe up to 450°F. Avoid sudden temperature changes.
Hand-painted designs hold their color for decades with normal use. For deep tea or coffee stains, a paste of baking soda and water will lift them without scratching the glaze.

Shortbread pans are great. Love the recipe for the ginger shortbread. I have bought three of these pans. I prefer the Irish and the British Isles. . .the heart pan is pretty; however, I prefer the edges on the other two pans. The heart pan has a sloped edge where the other two pans have straight edges which make for a bit of a nicer presentation.

Took a bit of practice but I finally baked one that came out smoothly! In love with the gorgeous design of the pan. I’m already thinking of my next one to buy
I initially converted the measurements in the booklet to grams, which was a mistake! If you bake by weight like me, the direct conversion per the KAF conversion chart will be incorrect. In my case, I needed more flour.
