Our gorgeous Copper Clay pottery collection features a glossy burnt sienna glaze. This earthy glaze is reminiscent of the red clay soil found in Central Virginia.

Care
Dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe up to 450°F. Avoid sudden temperature changes.
Hand-painted designs hold their color for decades with normal use. For deep tea or coffee stains, a paste of baking soda and water will lift them without scratching the glaze.

I love the volume of these mugs but they get VERY hot in the microwave. The finish color has changed in the past 10 years and is lighter and smoother in 2021 than my original purchase in 2011.
