Dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe up to 450°F. Avoid sudden temperature changes.
Hand-painted designs hold their color for decades with normal use. For deep tea or coffee stains, a paste of baking soda and water will lift them without scratching the glaze.

I love everything about this pan! The art is very pretty and my shortbread tastes different than in a metal pan. Not necessarily better or worse = both types are good, but this one does have a different texture to the end result than metal does.

Beautiful design of this shortbread pan creates an intricate festive image that is well defined when shortbread is baked. Shortbread bakes light and crisp in pan and released easily when finished baking. I very lightly spray mold before pressing shortbread into mold for baking.
