Material: High-fire stoneware clay with lead-safe glaze

Made in: Bedford, Virginia

Care

Dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe up to 450°F. Avoid sudden temperature changes.

Hand-painted designs hold their color for decades with normal use. For deep tea or coffee stains, a paste of baking soda and water will lift them without scratching the glaze.

    The pan has been used many things mes already and it has not disappointed! It is beautiful, sturdy, and functional. I spray it with olive oil from a spritzer prior to use and it has released perfectly every time. It displays in my dining hutch when not being used. Beautiful! ❤️

    I have had these molds since the 1990s! I am so glad to be able to add more to my collection. I am a hobby baker and was asked to make 9 dz shortbreads for a Spring Tea event being held at our local Museum. I ordered several more pans from Emerson Creek to be able to fulfill the request. The pans came quickly and are beautiful. I actually had great help from customer service as I ordered one then realized I needed two so I called and they called me back and combined the orders to save my shipping and handling cost. Everyone complimented the Director on the shortbread and I have received requests to bake many more. I am so happy with Emerson Creek and their products and service!

    Works as advertised. The square shortbread pan works perfectly to create beautifully designed cookies. A light spray with oil allows the shortbread to fall out easily.     I love to make short bread for the holidays and I bought 2 more molds so I could go into “production”.The 2 new ones were not as deep and the designs were not as visible when completed . So if you come up with any new designs please make them a little deeper. Thanks
