Inspired by the Virginia state flower, our Dogwood pottery collection features large white flowers on a matte sandy-colored glaze base. Our Dogwood collection offers a unique tactile experience for users.

Dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe up to 450°F. Avoid sudden temperature changes.
Hand-painted designs hold their color for decades with normal use. For deep tea or coffee stains, a paste of baking soda and water will lift them without scratching the glaze.

I liked this mug because at 12.50 it is an excellent value and it is a safe product to use. However, I am deducting two stars because I feel it is somehow not ergonomically designed well: it hurts my hand somewhat to pick up the mug (it is uncomfortable at the handle) and also there is the issue of the lip of the cup creating a constant drip of whatever I am drinking running down the side of the cup.

Very hard to hold on to. Overall disappointed in the style of the artwork. I have many old pieces and I don’t like the new stuff as well.

The pitcher you have pictured on the right is earthenware, which is not as durable as our new stoneware pottery. I really like these mugs. good handle and sturdy. The wide bottom keeps it from easily tipping over. I replaced all of my coffee mugs with the Emerson Creek classic mugs and ordered 8 different prints.
