Dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe up to 450°F. Avoid sudden temperature changes.
Hand-painted designs hold their color for decades with normal use. For deep tea or coffee stains, a paste of baking soda and water will lift them without scratching the glaze.

Even though it’s a quality product I was disappointed with the very rough bottom that touches my countertops. As a result I’m reluctant to use them for fear of scraping the tops of my kitchen counter surfaces. I wish the glazing was better on the bottoms

Hi K.E. Thank you for your review! Unfortunately, we can’t glaze the bottom of our pottery because it will stick to the kiln shelves during firing. There is a rim of unglazed clay on the bottom of all of our products for this reason. We’ve had customers lightly sand the exposed stoneware with some sandpaper to make it a bit smoother for their kitchen countertops and tables. Hope this helps!
