Care
Dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe up to 450°F. Avoid sudden temperature changes.
Hand-painted designs hold their color for decades with normal use. For deep tea or coffee stains, a paste of baking soda and water will lift them without scratching the glaze.

I love these plates just a tiny bit less than i love my Emerson Creek mugs and baking dish – both a very tough act to follow! But given the advice on the Emerson Creek FAQ to try sanding the base and allowing some time for the roughness to smooth out, i am reassured the plates won’t scratch my granite. I am just thrilled to have found handmade pottery from the USA that’s lead-free and cadmium-free.
