The Story of Copper Clay

Our gorgeous Copper Clay pottery collection features a glossy burnt sienna glaze. This earthy glaze is reminiscent of the red clay soil found in Central Virginia.

Material: High-fire stoneware clay with lead-safe glaze

Made in: Bedford, Virginia

Care

Dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe up to 450°F. Avoid sudden temperature changes.

Hand-painted designs hold their color for decades with normal use. For deep tea or coffee stains, a paste of baking soda and water will lift them without scratching the glaze.

    If someone was torn between the Craftline pattern and this, I would pick this. The artisans nailed this plate . 8:8 were exactly as expected. The artists seemed to struggle getting the purple rim right on most . Sort of a nuisance dealing with returns
