I was so excited to see this loaf pan that is unglazed. I have two older ones that are a bit smaller and unglazed and they are my favorites. So, when this one showed up, I bought one immediately. It has been perfect for another recipe and now I need to purchase a second just in case this one gets broken as happens sometimes. People who make bread will appreciate the beauty of unglazed that accepts the oil and will never stick!
