Ingredients

  • 1-2 shots of espresso
  • 3 Tbsp canned pumpkin purée
  • 2 tsp honey
  • ½ cup oat milk (unsweetened), plus 1/3 cup to froth
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp almond or vanilla extract
  • whipped cream, pinch of cinnamon, pumpkin spice sauce or caramel to drizzle on top.

This recipe was developed specifically for use with our 16 ounce Latte Mug!

Directions

  1. In a high-speed blender mix together the shots of espresso, the almond milk and the pumpkin purée. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a sauce pan.
  3. Cook on medium heat on the stove top until it boils or microwave for 30-45 seconds. Remove from heat, stir in almond or vanilla extract and honey.
  4. Place additional milk in a cup and use a frother to foam.
  5. Pour coffee into a large latte mug, add the foamy milk and whipped cream on top.
  6. Drizzle with pumpkin spice sauce, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
